Refund Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Certain items, such as final sale products, underwear, or gift cards, are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at lookjelpazn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as evidence. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Exchanges are processed as returns followed by a new order. Please contact us for assistance.

If we do not accept returns on certain items, this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
